Fibromyalgia : How to Overcome It

The American Standard Diet is not the diet that will help you, and neither are all those other fad diet that are out there. But the diet you must switch to is the one that mother nature provides you with. Yes, this means that you will have to stop cooking and eating processed foods, as they can be highly toxic and offer little or no nutrients to your body. Raw foods will restore nutrients back to your body, remove toxins and keep your body clean from the inside out. Transitioning to this diet can be rather difficult, as this diet is detoxifying which is hard on the body. On top of that, most people do not support it because they do not believe that you can obtain all required nutrients while on this diet. But new studies have shown that you can in fact obtain all essential nutrients from a plant-based diet without the dangerous toxins that are found in animal products and processed foods.
