The Rosedale Diet | 3FC

The Rosedale diet is addressed to overweight people and diabetics who do not get satisfactory results after following diets such as the South Beach Diet, the Atkins diet or the Hampton’s Diet. There are many similarities between these diets, but the Rosedale diet has a greater impact than any of the other dietary plans. All the aspects of this diet are also thoroughly detailed in the book authored by Ron Rosedale, the creator of the diet, and Carol Colman. The Diet Basically, the diet focuses on the consumption of healthy fats. Other than that, the Rosedale diet is a low protein and very low carb dietary plan. The Rosedale diet is particularly effective if you have high cholesterol levels or if you suffer from diabetes. Since this diet directly influences the hormone leptin, which in turn, acts on receptors found in the brain, losing weight is no longer an issue of self-control. Ron Rosedale claims that excellent results can be achieved with this diet, even if you do not do any physical exercises. However, the creator of this diet emphasizes too much the importance of dietary supplements and the fact that physical exercises are really unnecessary.
